I also want to share my story with you. 6 years ago I went to a Christmas Party at the Hard Rock Cafe in Memphis Tenessee, after partying and drinking all night long. I woke up feeling so sick, and decided to do Dry January. I noticed how amazing my body felt during that month. I had so much energy, my mind was clear, I was no longer bloated and my skin was starting to look great.
Making this decision led me to develop my relationship with tea. Since I was no longer siping cocktails, I would order iced tea everywhere I went. I literally would choose restaurants based of their iced tea flavours. (Btw my favourite is True Food’s kitchen iced green tea).
So, it’s been 6 years and I am still going! My quality of life has increased exponentially because of that decision! I have lost 30 pounds of weight, my body is healthy, and my skin looks great! I’ve launched this beautiful company, and I couldn’t be happier.
