Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing. If you change your mind within that time - send us an email to: info@thebeautyteacompany.com, and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as the request is received.

 

How do I return an item? 

We want you to be happy, so if you are not satisfied with your tea, let us know and we'll send you a shipping label to send it back. You'll have 30 days after your purchase to return it.

 

What types of Payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payments and paypal.

 

What are your shipping options? 

We understand how important it is to receive your package in a timely manner, and for that reason we offer 2 day shipping, at no cost. 

 

What if the item I ordered is broken or damaged?

If you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us at Info@thebeautyteacompany.com, or 1-833-733-9977, within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll send you a new one.

 

Where do you ship from?

All our goods are shipped from San Diego California.

 

Where do the tea comes from?

We get our tea from a US tea importer, who specializes in acquiring delicious artisan teas from certified farmers around the world, primarily China and Japan.
